Core Element is a next generation ‘from the organisation’ executive recruitment and careers business. 

Combining 'contemporary' functional, organisational and executive recruitment credentials, Core Element’s approach and proposition is built around precision, agility and integrity. 

In functional terms Core Element’s expertise and recruitment focus lies in sales, category/shopper and brand marketing, operating at all levels across FMCG, Foodservice, B2B and increasingly, Liquor. 

Core Element was established in 2011 by Steve Ward, an accomplished FMCG sales & leadership executive with 15 years experience in tier 1 organisations. Steve’s recruitment credentials have been forged through many years sourcing, engaging and developing people and teams. Recruitment has always been a major component of Steve's career and a good match to his strengths: business development, networking and coaching.
